The Haras d’Etreham is recruiting a Sales and Bloodstock Director for its flat operation

Your role will be the management and development of sales in all aspects of the stud as a breeder, stallion farm and owner. Your principal mission will be the promotion and development of our flat stallions rostrum, as well as overseeing and managing stallion syndicates. You will work closely with the general manager and communication and marketing team to establish the sales strategy.

Profile :

-       Excellent interpersonal skills

-       Bloodstock knowledge

-       Solid knowledge of racing and breeding market

-       Knowledge of industry players in France and internationally

-       Fluency in English (spoken and written)

-       Excellent writing skills

-       Good command of Office pack

-       Experience in the thoroughbred industry

-       Rigour and good organisation

-       Ability to work independently and frequent travel

Permanent position, executive status. Remuneration according to profile.

Start date : June 2025

Position will include travel in France and abroad
